At the request of the customer it is possible to apply a protective coating on the surface of the mounted printing unit.

Our basic technology is three-dimensional sealing in vacuum using a silicone-based material. The advantages of this material are good adhesion to the surface of the printed circuit board and components, and, if necessary, the ability to repair the printed circuit board with subsequent restoration of the protective coating. Vacuum sealing ensures almost complete absence of air bubbles in the volume of the material (this depends on the design of the printed circuit board and the components mounted on the board). Silicone-based coatings are available in three different colors – white, black and transparent.
